IN-OFFICE STRETCHING

To relieve tension, improve flexibility, and boost energy, we offer employees 30-minute personalized stretch sessions. Instructors provide one-on-one tailored routines, addressing sedentary work strain, enhancing posture, and fostering wellness in a convenient workplace setting.

WORKSPACE ERGONOMIC CHECKS

To ensure proper ergonomics and promote employee comfort and productivity, we conduct thorough inspections of each office workstation and provide personalized recommendations to reduce strain and enhance workplace wellness.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH CHALLENGES AND EDUCATION

To promote employee wellness and team bonding, we design and execute engaging employee health challenges. We create customized programs, including fitness goals, nutrition tracking, and mindfulness activities, with progress monitoring and incentives to encourage participation and foster a healthier workplace culture.

SETH AMMON

Founder of Workplace Kinetics


I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer and the Director of Concierge Services for No Limits Staffing, which provides physical, occupational and speech therapy throughout DFW. I built Workplace Kinetics to bring my expertise to corporate settings.

My passion has always geared towards sports-centric therapy and fitness, however, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including in-patient and outpatient care, home health care, and memory care/assisted living.

I’m a huge believer in a proactive approach to health and wellness, emphasizing daily care routines such as stretching, self myofascial massage, physical strengthening, physical endurance training and postural improvement.

I received my Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Health and Wellness Promotion from Texas State University. After graduation, I completed Tarrant County College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program.
